Cancellation Policy

For a small business, late notice cancellations and no shows come with a real financial cost, this risks our ability to keep prices as low as possible for our clients. For any appointment, we have reserved time specifically for you, in some cases this can be 25% of the working day. It also negatively impacts our other customers who may have chosen to take the same appointment that may go unfilled.

We ensure we have all methods of reminders available through multiple text messages and emails the days prior and day of your appointment.

However, due to a number of last minute cancellations and no-shows, we have now had to implement a cancellation policy.

  • More than 24hrs notice of cancellation – Full Refund
  • Less than 24hrs notice of cancellation – 50% Refund
  • No show/no notification – No Refund

We will endeavour to fill cancelled appointments, in which case no charge will apply. We also understand emergencies happen, so be sure to give us a call if that’s the case and let us know of the situation.
